Due to the nature of digital services, we do not offer refunds once work has started. You may cancel future services before renewal.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely content, approvals, and access to platforms as needed to deliver services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content created by Engajet for your brand is yours once payment is completed. We may showcase parts of our work in our portfolio (with your permission).

6. Limitation of Liability

We’re not liable for indirect losses, platform downtime, or damages outside of our control.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of our site or services means you accept the changes.
